✨POLICIES✨ The Lash Lux Studio is located inside Femina Beauty Suites in the Heart of Burnsville below the Gallery apartments. Please arrive with CLEAN lashes (free of make up and dirt). It is recommended NOT to drink coffee or energy drinks to avoid jittery eyes during your session. Jittery eyes may affect the application of the extensions. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. All clients will be asked to add a card on file, which may be used towards your service fees at the end of your appointment. Deposits may be transferred if you need to reschedule for a different day. We accept cash, credit and debit card payments. Please be aware that any card payments are charged a 3.5% convenience fee. Please arrive ON-TIME to your appointment. Notify the studio by text @ 612-284-1866 upon your arrival and prior to entering the studio as we may be in a session with a client. You may sit in the lobby area until we are ready for you. Please be respectful of our time and our clients time as these sessions are private. No other guests are allowed to attend the session unless discussed prior to appointment. An eyelash extension procedure can take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the clients lashes. Please be mindful of this when booking! We ask that no small children attend the session as it can be hard for them to sit for longer periods of time. If you are running late to your appointment, please text or leave a voicemail that you will be a few minutes late. If you are MORE than 10 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule as there may not be enough time in the session to ensure a full set. If you need to reschedule an appointment we ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any no-shows or cancellations in LESS than 24 hours may result in a fee. You may cancel your appointment through the confirmation text sent to you upon booking. Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations LESS than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
